New Date for 2020 & 2021 AGMS

A new date has been set for both the 2020 & 2021 SCWT Club of GB AGMs. These will now take place on Sunday, 7th November 2021. (Unfortunately, the original date in April could no longer go ahead due to ongoing Covid restrictions.)

The venue for these AGMS will still be Bulkington Community & Conference Centre, School Road, Bulkington, Warwickshire, CV12 9JB.

The agendas for both meetings, along with the 2021 ballot papers, have now been posted out to all members whose Club subscriptions were fully paid by 1st March 2021.

Voting, for both Committee Vacancies and the 2025 Judges’ Ballot, will still go ahead as planned for April. The ballot papers for these should be completed and returned to the scrutineer, Lesley Smith, no later than the 15th April 2021 to be counted, and the results will be announced on the Club website on the 18th April 2021.
