The SCWT Club of GB 2025 Open Show South will NOW take place on Saturday, 31st May 2025, and will be held in partnership with Southern Counties show. The venue for this show is now Newbury Showground, Priors Court Road, Hermitage, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG18 9QZ

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE PASSES & CAR PARKING – PLEASE READ!
EXHIBITOR ENTRY/REMOVAL PASSES
Southern Counties will ONLY provide these passes directly, for dogs entered at their show.
If you have entered any dogs ONLY for the SCWT Club of GB Open Show South, and NOT for Southern Counties’ show, then you MUST let our Show Secretary, Gareth Thomas, know, in writing, by 11th May 2025 at the latest, so that passes can be arranged for you. Gareth can be contacted either by email at showsec@wheaten.org.uk, or by letter at 14 Clos Maes Yr Ysgol, Pontardulais, Swansea SA4 8JT.
Please Note: These Entry and Removal Passes are also required where dogs are entered as ‘Not For Competition’.
Removal Passes are checked for all dogs being removed from the showground. Exhibitors MUST have a removal pass for every dog.
CAR PARKING
Southern Counties charge for car parking at their show venue. This will be charged even if you are only entering the SCWT Club of GB Open Show South. The charges for this are as follows: –
Pre-paid – £6
On the day – £12
In order to pre-pay for car parking at the reduced rate, you MUST book this item in advance via Southern Counties themselves, either by using their paper entry form, or by using their online entry option for the Southern Counties show.
