The Form should be completed and emailed as an attachment to the following email address – calvenace@gmail.com or sent by post to the address shown on the booking form.

Pricing for persons/handlers with dogs £35 member/ £50 non member. Persons/ additional handlers without dogs £15 member/ £20 non member per person.

Payments:
Important: the payment amount must be the TOTAL COST as stated on your Grooming Workshop Booking Form.

Enter the amount (£) in the input box and:

• Select > Add to Basket > View Basket to check your amount > proceed to Checkout.

• Scroll down to PayPal Checkout, select PayPal, the next page allows payment by PayPal or by Bank Card.
