The Form should be completed and emailed as an attachment to the membership secretary or sent as detailed on the Booking Form.

Payments:
Important: the payment amount must be the TOTAL COST as stated on your Grooming Workshop Booking Form.

Enter the amount (£) in the input box and:

• Select > Add to Basket > View Basket to check your amount > proceed to Checkout.

• Scroll down to PayPal Checkout, select PayPal, the next page allows payment by PayPal or by Bank Card.
